Conditions of booking

1. Bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of the appropriate non-refundable deposit.
2. Bookings not taken by 6.pm on day of commencement become available for re-let unless notified of    late arrival
3. Hire charges payable in full 4 weeks prior to holiday.
4. We strongly recommend you to take advantage of the holiday insurance application, which will be sent with your confirmation, and is designed to protect you against certain eventualities that may cause you to cancel or curtail your holiday booking with us.
5. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for accidents to persons, loss or damage to property.
6. Persons occupying  accommodation must be named on the booking form.
7. Dogs are welcome, subject to:- own bedding being brought; being kept on a lead whilst on site; being exercised away from the park; and being kept off seats and beds. Only one dog permitted per chalet. Dogs should not be left in accommodation unattended. Dogs are not allowed in Toad Lodge and some Retreat Lodges.
8. All guest are asked to be considerate towards others persons on the park. Anyone causing a nuisance may be asked to leave if the proprietors think it necessary or desirable.
9. Commercial vehicles, boats and trailers by prior agreement only.
10. The person making the booking must be over the age of 18 and must accompany the party.
11. Bicycles must be left in the area provided and not in or around the accommodation.
